There are an incredible amount of options of different classes you can take, but the ones that I have taken are Basketball and Ice Skating. These classes are awesome and help students get exercise, meet people, and have fun while doing it. DANC100 easily one of the easiest gen-eds (especially the online version), and GEOL111 is really cool (Emergence of Life)! They're both 2nd half 8-week courses. Mcb 402 is very easy and pretty fun imo. 317 like you said was pretty solid, I also just took MCB 300 this semester and didn’t find it particularly fun or interesting, but it was pretty easy since exams were open note.
