Litter robot 3 over torque fault out of box. Got our robot today. So far nothing but issues. Ran one proper cycle on Initial startup. Torque fault after that. Followed all the troubleshoot steps on the website. I weighed the litter initially and put in the recommended amount and not over the fill line.

Take the screws out of the base. Unplug the wire from each pinch bar and remove the bars from the plastic slots. This fixes the issue a lot of the time, even when it doesn’t look to full -make sure the bot is not touching the wall or anything else -make sure the bonnet is on correctly and seems tightly snapped -make sure the bag is hooked on the 4 notches, below the tray.
